This course is packed full of exciting ideas, recipes and fun. It explains the importance of wholefoods and organic food and demonstrates the principles behind juicing and sprouting. It introduces you to many important ingredients and demonstrates a wide range of exciting organic wholefood dishes.

Over a leisurely five days you'll learn how to prepare a wide selection of organic, fresh, seasonal food with the emphasis on maximising nutritional value. We limit the number on the course to 10 and there is time for other activities as well.

Women's Health Women's Health Course. Five Day.

This course gives you the background knowledge to take advantage of foods ability to keep you well. Daphne Lambert shows you which foods to eat to help prevent menopausal problems, breast cancer and osteoporosis. She introduces you to nutrient rich superfoods and the power of herbs. She also shows you how to create a diet that gives you energy and radiance. This course includes an aromatherapy massage.
