Nicholas Ceasar
Nicolas leads the sustainability thinking and activity for Feeling Alive. He is also Head of the Sustainability Practice Group for Ashridge Management College. He has ten years experience of managing and advising businesses in a wide range of areas and joined from the Scandinavian risk and management consultancy group Acona CMG prior to which he was a founder member of the Carbon Neutral Company, a Carbon Trading business.
Alexandra Stubbings
Alexandra is a Senior Consultant working supporting clients integrate strategic thinking in response to climate change. She combines experience in effecting participative organisational and culture change strategies with a strong theoretical base, to help client organisations become more sustainable, ethical and successful.
David Tinker
David created The Feeling Alive Company in response to a market need for greater emphasis on wellness. During a short career in the forces he flew helicopters and taught leadership after which gained an MSc in HRD/OD and set up a training and development company in the UK and Moscow. David continues to coach and consult on Organisational Development assignments in the UK and abroad for several multi-nationals and has recently been responding the clients interest in integrating climate change factors into strategic thinking.
Daphne Lambert
Daphne was a trustee of the Soil Association for 9 years where she worked to minimise the use of non-renewable external inputs in agriculture. Today she is a trustee of a Foundation school in Hereford and runs programmes for children creating awareness of the impact food and farming has on the environment. She founded Greencuisine, a healing food centre, at Penrhos Court in Herefordshire where she runs courses, retreats and a private consultancy practice working with both individuals and organisations.
Stephen Weir
A creative and dynamic supply chain professional with wide ranging expertise including board level management roles, strategic and operational blue chip consulting experience and hands on supply chain management including significant change process implementations.Stephen has over 20 years experience of business management includes working with a wide variety of multinational organisations. His expertise spans industries from extraction through manufacturing to government sector, high tech and pharmaceuticals. Project experience from Strategic Design through to hands on implementation.
Jolyon Hammond
Jolyon has Diplomas in Integrative Psychotherapy & Executive Coaching. He is an exceptional communicator who specialises in confronting the attitudes or behaviours that limit organisational performance. His work integrates the various aspects of emotional intelligence, permitting a more genuine sense of self in all aspects of leadership.
