Food and Health Course. Five Day.

Over a leisurely five days you'll learn how to prepare a wide selection of organic, fresh, seasonal food with the emphasis on maximising nutritional value. We limit the mumber on the course to 10 and there is time for other activities as well.
The course covers:
* Organic growing – exploring our relationship with agriculture
* The importance of whole foods
* The benefits of juicing
* Vegetables, pulses, nuts, seeds and grains
* The importance of the right fats in your system
* Understanding the digestive system
* Dairy and dairy alternatives
* Dehydration and fermentation
* Sugar free desserts
* and includes yoga,full body massage and a walk in the Radnorshire forest
Dishes you prepare include:
* Seasonal juices, smoothies and soups
* Sprouted seed salads, pates and biscuits
* Sourdough bread
* Hemp cheese
* Seed and nut milks
* Marinaded tofu with coconut and lemongrass rice
* Vegetable cannelloni with red pepper sauce
* Beetroot and tomato rissotto
* Couscous with rose scented fruit compote

This is also a good course for companies actively looking to promote the health of their employees. Alternatively, it can be integrated into a team building event.
Five-day residential course costs £605.00 per person and includes: single accommodation in double en suite bedroom, tuition, talks, reflexology, all meals and course notes
For two people sharing a room on the Food and Health course, there is a discount of £40 per person.
A non-participating partner sharing a room during a Food and Health course pays £50 per night.
We will provide a continental breakfast for the non-participant in the room and they can join the course for supper.
