Summer
June 20th - 22nd
Summer is a time of growth, abundant activity and creativity. Meals are created around brightly coloured summer vegetables and fruits. A time for great spontaneity creating meals around the foods you grow, gather from the wild and buy.
Foods to build our menus around include – asparagus, peas, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, garden beans, spinach, tomatoes, strawberries, gooseberries, basil, chives, mint and lemon balm.

• Ways to look after the good bacteria in the gut
• The importance of eating the right fats in our diet
• The story of dairy

Heart/Small Intestine organ network as influenced by the summer;
• Perceiving the Life through the Heart
The heart is a receptor organ, receiving information not only from within but from external world as well
• Incoming sensory perceptions visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, gustatory electromagnetic waves of information require consciousness, as well as emotions and love to bring the observed into reality
• The hearts’ electromagnetic wave forms are experienced as emotions. The heart reflects our emotions, and expresses who we are, how we experience and are experienced by the life outside
• Through Hearts electromagnetic field we synchronise with the other types of electromagnetic fields in our immediate ecosystem
• Bitter flavour; its therapeutic effect on the heart
