Winter
November 28th - 30th
Winter is the end of all seasons, a time to draw in, a time to rest and reflect.
Foods to build our menus around – whole grains, winter greens, potatoes, eggs, cheese, tempeh, seaweed, nuts, miso and soy.
We create a meal on Saturday night to celebrate out time together and invite a guest speaker.
