Whenever we eat we make a choice, find out the right choice for you.

Before visiting we ask you to complete a questionnaire covering current health concerns, history and lifestyle plus a food diary, this needs to be returned before you visit.

During your first visit we will discuss in detail your health and create a food programme to suit your individual circumstances.

Normal booking times are:
Tuesday – all day
Friday – morning
but other times can be arranged. Telephone consultations can also be arranged.
