Monday 8th February 2010
Arrive during the afternoon and settle in.
After a welcome drink with Daphne Lambert by the fire conversations around, organic food; food & vitality; the importance of whole foods, acid and alkaline balance and juicing.
Prepare and eat supper. Relax in a hot aromatic bath before going to bed.

Tuesday 9th February 2010
Morning juice in the kitchen followed by yoga.
After breakfast, a presentation on 'Eating the right fats' and 'How to help prevent breast cancer' followed by an introduction to healing foods.
If the weather permits, a short walk before preparing and eating lunch.
After lunch we look at the digestive system and spend time in the kitchen making enzyme rich foods, including crackers, carrot cake and savoury biscuits. We also look at sprouting and windowsill growing.
Presentation: 'Sea vegetables, nutrition and health'
Prepare and eat supper. A soothing reflexology treatment before going to bed.

Wednesday 11th February 2010
8:30 Juice in the ktichen followed by yoga.
After breakfast, a presentation 'Bonemakers and bonebreakers' followed by demonstration and tastings.
11:30 Refreshment break with conversations around wise women.
Prepare and eat lunch, notes and recipes before departure.

It is possible to stay an extra night and book a deep tissue massage.
