Friday 1st October
Arrive during the afternoon and settle in
4:30 Welcome drink with Daphne Lambert in the byre, introductions to each other and the programme,
followed by presentations and discussion on
'Food & Vitality'
Supper and conversations

Saturday 2nd
Morning juice followed by yoga.
After a hot drink and a nourishing smoothie, a deep tissue massage.
Light lunch, followed by presentation and discussion
'Our incredible digestive system'.
Practical work in the kitchen, supper.
Introduction to colonics with Theresa Fleetwood.
Relax in an aromatic bath before a restoring nights sleep.

Sunday 3rd
Morning juice followed by yoga
After a hot drink and simple nourishment, colonics with Theresa Fleetwood or free time.
Following a light lunch, presentation and discussion on
'Bone makers & bone breakers' &
'The dairy & soya story',
Practical work in the kitchen, supper & conversations.
A foot or face massage.

Monday 4th
Morning juice, followed by yoga.
'Balancing hormones & life naturally'
After lunch, preparation in the kitchen, supper, stories & poems

Tuesday 5th
After breakfast a morning walk and wild gathering
'Menopause – the process of transformation into the untamed wild, creative part of our lives'
Lunch followed by
'Nutrient rich seafood' & 'Boosting immunity'
Rainbow foods and chakras
Kitchen preparation.
Celebration Rainbow supper

Wednesday 6th
Breakfast followed by course notes & conversation before departure
