Unwind, relax and learn about foods that deeply nourish.

Sunday 2nd October
Arrive in the afternoon and settle in
Welcome drink with Daphne Lambert and introduction to each other and the
programmes
Presentation on 'Food & Vitality' – organic, whole,
fresh food grown in harmony with our environment
Supper and conversations
Monday 3rd October
Morning juice followed by Kundalini yoga with Georgie
After breakfast a presentation on Enzymes & Fermentation
Refreshment break is followed by work in the kitchen preparing fermented foods
Prepare and eat lunch
Exploring why Digestive disorders arise
Kitchen prep including soaking, drying and sprouting
Supper followed by a short meditation and an aromatic bath before a restoring nights
sleep
Tuesday 4th October
Morning juice followed by Kundalini yoga with Georgie
After a hot drink and a nourishing smoothie a deep tissue massage
A light lunch is at 1:00pm
3:00pm 'Bone Makers & Bone Breakers'
Practical work in the kitchen looking at alternatives to dairy
Nutrient Dense Sea Vegetables
Prepare and eat supper followed by stories and conversations
Wednesday 5th October
Morning juice followed by Kundalini yoga with Georgie
After breakfast Menopause the transformation into the untamed wild, creative
part of our lives
Kitchen preparation
After lunch a walk in the Radnorshire Hills
4:00 Refreshment break
Kitchen preparation
Suppper followed by an introduction to colonics
Thursday 6th October
Morning juice followed by Kundalini yoga with Georgie
After a hot drink and nourishing smoothie a morning to reflect and colonics
A light lunch is at 1:00pm
3:00pm Boosting Immunity. Rainbow Foods & Chakras
Kitchen preparation.
Celebration Supper
Friday 7th October
Breakfast followed by course notes and recipes before departure
