Women's Health Course. Two Day.
A two-day course centred around foods that give vitality and health, help prevent breast cancer and osteoporosis and prepare for the gift of menopause.
The course includes yoga, walks, talks and discussions and lots of fun in the kitchen creating dishes like:
Sprouted quinoa salad, hijiki salad, sauerkraut, essene bread, sushi, cranberry and banana smoothie, almond date and banana torte, hemp cheese and beetroot and parsnip risotto with sage.
