Women's Health Course. Two Day.

A two day course that combines cooking, nutrition and yoga.
On this short course you will discover foods that nurture women, learn about the importance of organic food, green leaves, whole foods, fermented foods, sprouting and juicing. Look at ways to make our bones strong, be empowered by the menopause and boost the immune system.

Women are often nourishing others and forget to nourish themselves. Women's Health is about self nourishment, conscious breath, physical movement, creative expression, love of our bodies and the food we eat.
